Tony Chang graduated from Loyola Law School, where he served as a Staff Writer for the prestigious  Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, Tony worked at the Corporate Legal Department of Guess?, Inc. (“Guess Jeans” – Nasdaq GES) on corporate procedures, annual statements, and Securities Exchange Commission disclosures.

Prior to founding Tony M. Chang, Esq., Law Firm and Realty, he represented the largest insurance company in the State of California with over 800 attorneys, on business litigation and administrative appeals as a Corporate Civil Litigation Specialist in-house counsel.  Unlike many immigration attorneys that are untested by the rigors of winning civil cases in open court, Tony applies the same scrutinizing legal standards required by the judges, to represent each immigration client before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

In addition to over a decade of legal experience, Tony has been an active real estate investor and business owner for the past decade. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, an experienced business owner and Chief Operations Officer for California businesses.

Formosa Plastics Group:

Mr. Jing Long Chang brings to the firm over 11 years of experience as the Senior Specialist and Executive Secretary to Wong Yung-Ching (王永慶), the founder and chairman of the Formosa Plastics Group (FPG, 台塑集團), Taiwan’s largest manufacturing conglomerate.  In addition, Mr. Chang was the FPG Chief of Staff Wong Yung-Ching and FPG President, Wong Yung-Tsai (Chinese:王永在), and the leader of a task force team to establish the management system for FPG.

Mr. Chang also served as Director of the Administration Department of Formosa Chemical and Fiber Corporation, a subsidiary of Formosa Plastics Group. He was in charge of Operations, Resourcing, and Procurement Management.

Pertaining to FPG’s non-manufacturing operations, Mr. Chang was a founding board members of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (台灣長庚紀念醫院), one the premier hospitals in Taiwan. The hospital has over 10,000 Beds and serves 30,000 out-patients a day island-wide.

National Chengchi University -Taipei, Taiwan:

Professor: 8 Years as a professor at the Center For Public and Business Education, National Chengchi University -Taipei, Taiwan.  Demonstrated the Formosa Plastics Group management system as the case study in the senior MBA classes.

William C. Kersten, Esq.

William C. Kersten has been practicing law in Southern California since 1989. Originally from Iowa City, Iowa, he graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, and obtained his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Mr. Kersten is an active member of the State Bar of California. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending his children’s sporting events and hiking.

 

Bradon R. Creel, Esq.

Brandon R. Creel has been practicing law in Southern California since 2007. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with minors in Philosophy and Business Administration, and obtained his law degree from Chapman University School of Law.

Mr. Creel is an active member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Orange County Bar Association. In addition to practicing law, he is involved in his local University of Iowa Alumni Association, serving as Treasurer of the Orange County Iowa Club, and is an avid golfer.

 

Frank Guilardi, Esq.

張金龍先生曾在台灣最大的企業集團——台塑關係企業總管理處擔任集團總裁王永慶創辦人的執行秘書和高級專員，共任職11年。在職期間,張金龍先生一直是台塑集團設立管理體系和管理制度的項目主持人。

William C. Kersten 律師
