EB-1A (Alien for Extraordinary Ability) – China Mainland Born Artist

Our client was an accomplished China born artist. Before Mr. Zhang came to us, he had tried several other immigration attorneys. However, no one was willing to take his case. This is because EB-1A is considered the most complicated among the employment-based first-preference immigration visa, with the least likelihood of success.  Our law firm kept in constant contact with the client, and assisted in gathering and organizing over 500 pages of documents. We filed the client’s petition in February, 2013 and the USCIS approved on petition in September, 2013.  As a testament to our law firm’s high quality of handling cases, the USCIS did not request supplemental documentation in this case or any of our cases. In addition, the documents were presented with our unique law firm cover letter which, so convinced were the USCIS, no interview was requested before approving the petition.  Now his whole family has immigrated to United States.
