EB-1A (Alien for Extraordinary Ability) – China Mainland Born Artist
Our client was an accomplished China born artist. Before Mr. Zhang came to us, he had tried several other immigration attorneys. However, no one was willing to take his case. This is because EB-1A is considered the most complicated among the employment-based first-preference immigration visa, with the least likelihood of success.
